My plan was to add the brooch backs and offer these for sale at the Christmas market. I may still do that, but I am rather taken with how they look as a group like this. And I have some scraps of cotton left--you know how I am with scraps--so the story continues.

Total cuteness!
Wow! They certainly do look impressive laid out in the colour wheel. I think they'd sell well at your market, but I'm seeing them stitched onto some backing fabric as a wall hanging ...
Thanks--at the very least I'll pin them out in a wheel for display:)
They look so good! :) On their own they are cute but laid out in the colour wheel they really zing.
They really would make a very textile tragic wreath. I could picture them on a wreath hanging at your home. It would certainly get a smile and comment as it would be unique and eye catching.
Do your brooch backs have the double feature of also being hair clips? I have seen some of these in the stores and it is a great idea as it doubles the options for the wearer.
thanks:) never seen the double backs--do you have a pic?
I cannot find the perfect words to describe the deep satisfaction I feel when I stare at this photo. It could only be superceded by staring at them face to ...er, rose. They really belong together and I imagine that buyers will have a hard time choosing only one!
thanks:)
The beauty of using hair clips is you can also clip them onto your shoes. But you may need a matching pair ...
all the possibilities!
they'd make very cute little girls' hair clips :)
So I hear:)
